My sister-in-law Tena made these, I tried them, got the recipe and can't stop making them. There's only 33 calories per cookie and 2 grams of fat each! So, they are a bite size treat worth eating!

- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Step 1Heat oven to 350*. Spray baking sheets with oil.

Step 2Beat all ingredients.

Step 3Drop by level teaspoons onto baking sheets, spaced 1 1/4 in. apart. Bake until puffy and lightly browned around edges, 8-10 min. Let cool 5 min., then transfer to cooling rack.
