Ingredients For delaware applesauce cookies

  • 1 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 1 c
    raisins (optional)
  • 2/3 c
    applesauce
  • 2/3 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour

How To Make delaware applesauce cookies

    In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet
  • 3
    Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 10-12 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from oven and from cookie sheet. Cool slightly May frost if desired.
