cracker coin cookies
These cookie cracker treats are so good you can even have your children or grand children help make them. You can make them for any holiday by changing the inside spread (try ice cream-freeze- then dip) and the color and flavor of the chocolate coating. This is an old recipe , I used Ritz crackers but you can use any round buttery crackers. For an even quicker application use the store bought cracker with peanut butter or cheese already in them- just dip in your favorite coating. The mini's are cute too!
