Step 1For cookie recipes that call for brown sugar. The darker brown the sugar you use, the chewier the cookie will be. That's it, simple enough. I was surprised at how many did not know this at a party I was recently at. So I thought to myself that I should share this tip with my JAP family. Happy Baking!
