brown sugar coconut cookies
I just love coconut cookies and this is another recipe I adopted. They sound yummy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 package vanilla flavor instant pudding (4 serving size)
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick oats, uncooked
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make brown sugar coconut cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Combine butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in large bowl.

Step 3Beat at low speed of electric mixer until well blended.

Step 4Add, one at a time, eggs, milk and vanilla.

Step 5Mix well after each addition and beat in pudding mix just until blended.

Step 6Add flour, 1/2 cup quick oats, coconut, baking soda and salt.

Step 7Mix until blended.

Step 8Stir in 1 cup oats, regular and mini chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and nuts with spoon.

Step 9Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

Step 10Bake at 325 for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown around edges and slightly moist in center.

Step 11Cool 3 to 5 minutes before removing to paper towels.
