  • 2 c
    quick rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    molasses

How to Make Apple Cobblestone Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine oats, raisins, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, apples and molasses. Let set about 30 minutes to allow oats to absorb liquid.
  2. Heat oven to 350^. Coat cookie sheets lightly with no-stick cooking spray. Drop dough by rounded Tablespoons on prepared sheets. Flatten slightly.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet to cool completely.
