ANGEL CRISP COOKIES

cookies for these little angels .SO the idea stuck in my head.HERE IT IS with help from my grandbabies.
Ingredients

1/2 csplenda
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, light
-
1 cshortening
-
1 largeegg
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
-
2 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspcream of tartar
How to Make ANGEL CRISP COOKIES
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400* AND BAKE COOKIES FOR ONLY 8 to 20 minutes
- CREAM sugars, shortening , egg and vanilla.
ADD dry ingredients sifted together . - FORM into a walnut -size balls.
DIP top half in water then sugar. - PLACE on greased sheet and press down in center with finger
AND BAKE IT FOR 8 TO 20 minutes and check on them,so that they overcook.
CHECK with toothpick when it comes out clear they are done. COOL them and let it sit wire wrac,to cool.
