a different oatmeal cookie
These cookies were my first ones I ever made. I was 12 years old. I was feeding the neighborhood with them and everybody seem to like them. I ate so many of them that I got tired of them. I even lost and forgot the recipe. 45 years later I had them at a teachers meeting and I recognized them and looked for the recipe everywhere in the building. Thankfully a teacher told me that she knew who it was that prepared them and promised me that she would get the secret recipe of these childhood goodies. Here they are simple but sweet and of course healthy! Especially for those who like oatmeal.
