vegan chocolate cream of wheat with ground flax seeds
Ground Flax seed is a great source of Omega 3 and fiber. It is easy to grind whole flax seeds with any electric grinders and hand grinders. I recommend an electric coffee grinder. to grind all nuts and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup your favorite non dairy milk (rice, oat, soy, almond milks)
- 2 tablespoons 1 minute cream of wheat
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar.
How To Make vegan chocolate cream of wheat with ground flax seeds

Step 1Bring milk and cream of wheat to a simmer. Stir constantly and simmer for about 1 minute. Mixture will be thin and watery.

Step 2Add: Vegan Chocolate Chips, ground flax seeds and brown sugar. Mix until the chocolate chips are completely melted.

Step 3The mixture will thicken in a few minutes and will be thick like pudding, but it will not be creamy because of the ground flax seeds. If you do not want the chocolate cream of wheat with ground flax seeds to be that thick, add more non dairy milk to thin it. Also do not over stir the cream of wheat once you have added the ground flax seed.
