- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar [you may need up to 2 3/4 cups til you get right consistency.]
How To Make sour cream chocolate frosting

Step 1Melt chocolate and butter. Blend in sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Gradually add confectioners sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency. Beat well.
