I love chocolate, my husband loves cheesecake. But we both agree these brownies are to die for! Super moist, super-rich, and oh so sinful.

Minus the raspberry, this is a really good brownie recipe.... but WITH the raspberry these are do-a-jig delicious! The raspberry jam and cream cheese layer add a bit of tang to the rich and fudgy brownies.

Ingredients For raspberry cream cheese brownies

  • 4 oz
    unsweetened chocolate baking squares
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 1/3 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 5 lg
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    raspberry jam

How To Make raspberry cream cheese brownies

  • Melted butter and chocolate mixed with sugar and vanilla extract.
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave. When smooth add 2 cups sugar and the vanilla.
  • Eggs and dry ingredients incorporated.
    Beat in 4 eggs with a mixer. Add the flour, salt, and baking powder - stir this in by hand.
  • Half the batter poured into a baking dish.
    Pour half of the batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Cream cheese mixture spread over the brownie batter.
    In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 1 egg. Mix well and spread over the batter in a pan.
  • Raspberry jam spread over the cream cheese layer.
    Cover with the raspberry jam.
  • Remaining brownie batter poured into the pan.
    Spoon the remainder of the brownie batter over the jam.
  • Baking the Raspberry Cream Cheese Brownies.
    Bake for 35-40 minutes.
