You will be the hit of the tailgate party. This is also great on oven Nachos topped with cheese or as a filling for Lasagna. Good on hot-dogs or over mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or spaghetti too. This freezes well in portion filled freezer bags.

How to Make My Famous Chili
- In a large soup kettle over medium heat, add 1 Tablespoon oil and add the beef and turkey- stir to brown and scramble until no longer pink- If there is any grease, spoon off and discard. Add onion and red bell pepper; stir to mix. Add in crushed tomatoes, beans, diced tomatoes and chili mix. Stir mixing well to combine. Add chili chocolate bar ( if you cannot find the chocolate bar- use Hersey's special dark chocolate bar and 1/4 teaspoon chili pepper) BUT DO NOT OMIT THE CHOCOLATE BAR!! Add cranberries- do not omit these either. Add the vegetables and beef broth and Spicy Hot V8; stir to blend well. Sprinkle potato buds a little at a time and mix in after each addition until all is added. Stir well. Let simmer 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally. You are so going to love this!!
