Homemade Cheesecake Swirled Fudge Brownies

  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
  • 3/4 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 large
  • 2/3 c
    all purpose flour

  • 1 (8oz.) pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large
  • 1 pinch
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Homemade Cheesecake Swirled Fudge Brownies


  1. Preheat oven to 325. In a medium bowl, whisk together unsweetened cocoa and sugar. Slowly pour in melted butter and whisk until well mixed. Add vanilla extract and 1 egg. Beat into mixture, then add the second egg and mix until batter comes to a shiny gloss.
  2. Using a silicone spatula, scrape batter into a greased 13x9 ceramic dish and spread out evenly.
  3. Using an electric mixer in a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients for cheesecake mix until well combined. Spoon the mix in equal parts over the top of the brownie mix and smooth out evenly.
  4. Using a butter knife, swirl the mixes together. Pop into the preheated 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Best when chilled. Enjoy!
