Ingredients
- 1 (6) oz. package lime jello gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 cups prepared dream whip or whipped topping
How To Make grasshopper dessert

Step 1Dessolve geltin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and flavoring, chill in a bowl until slightly thickened.

Step 2Chill remaining gelatin in a 9 by 5 inch loaf panuntil firm. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

Step 3Blend topping with the slightly thickened gelatin. Pour into a 4 c. sercing bowl and garnish.
