Craving dessert and wanting to make something on the lighter side, I came up with this. Still a little decadent, but tasty and light.

Ingredients

1 cup fat free cottage cheese
3 ounces sugar free strawberry jello
3 tablespoons lite whip cream
- small handful of mini marshmallows
- small handful of white chocolate chopped
1 teaspoon granola

How To Make cloud of pink

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients well except for granola.

Step 2

Chill. Top with a dollop of the whip cream and a sprinkle of granola. Top with cherry.
