Easy and great breakfast. My 15 year old Grandson can make these! They like raisins and chocolate chips in them!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups oat cinnamon pancake mi
  • OAT CINNAMON PANCAKE MIX:
  • 2 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups large-flake rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granular low-calorie sweetener (i use splenda)
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make cinnamon oat pancakes

  • Step 1
    In bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Store in tightly sealed container for up to 1 month. TO MAKE PANCAKES: Whisk together milk, egg, oil, c-chips and or raisins and vanilla. Place pancake mix in bowl; pour egg mixture into dry mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Step 2
    Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Drop batter by 1/4 cup measure onto pan. Cook pancakes for 3 minutes, or until bubbles break on top and underside is golden brown; flip and cook other side until golden.
