This is a recipe from my sister Sherry, who was a fab cook.

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 sticks butter
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
16 ounces cool whip, thawed
1 cup confectioners sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 small pkg instant chocolate pudding (1.7 oz i think is right)
2 1/2 cups milk
- optional:
- marichino cherries, chopped nuts, choc ships for topping.

How To Make chocolate lush

Step 1

Spray a 9x13 pan with pam.

Step 2

Cut in flour, butter and walnuts together and pack in prepared pan.
Step 3

Bake in a pre heated 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden.
Step 4

Combine half the Cool Whip,sugar and cream cheese and place on cooled crust,
Step 5

Mix pudding and milk until thickened and spread over cream cheese layer.
Step 6

Top with reserved Cool Whip and garnish with cherries, chopped nuts, cnoc chips etc.
