chocolate lovers' cake
I just sprinkled powdered sugar instead of frosting it as it is so rich that frosting is not required. Made 8 little loaf pans. I don't cook them until they are completely done, as we like them a little more gooey, like the Tunnel of Fudge cake that was so popular in the 70's. Great warmed up with a scoop of Blue Bell Vanilla sitting beside it.

Ingredients
- 1 - devil's food cake mix
- 3 ounces pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup melted butter
- 5 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate lovers' cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10" bundt pan. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in center and pour in sour cream, meted butter, eggs and almond extract.

Step 2Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl and beat 4 min on medium speed. Bled in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 min. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
