- 1/4 cup each spreadable butter and semisweet chocolate shcip, melted
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 box 1.4oz sugar freem fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix, like jell-o
- 2/3 cup bisquick
How To Make chocolate-lava cakes

Step 1Heat oven to 425 degree F. In bowl, combine first 2 ingredients. Whisk in milk and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Divide batter evenly among four 4oz. greased and wax paper-lined ramekins. Bake 10 min. or until edges are firm and center is slightly soft. Run knife around edges of cakes to loosen; invert onto plates. Remove paper. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
