chocolate cobbler
This is an oldie. I think it may have been originally from Hershey. My grandma (1885-1979) made this one. She loved baking with chocolate This is so yummy. It has the consistency of a brownie and then chocolate lava. Not spongy like a lava cake. Top with ice cream and its a brownie Sunday. This will freeze. After baking freeze in air tight container. Thaw to room temp in an oven safe dish and bake off on low oven for 20 minutes or so Its magic the way it layers into the brownie with all that chocolate lava under and in the crannies
