This is one fantastic "Healthy" fudge and tastes delicious too. My chiropractor used to have informative "health" classes and would serve healthy snacks like this one. This was one of my favorites because I love chocolate so much.

This is easy to make and guilt free for the entire family.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    raw sesame seeds
  • 1 c
    old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c
    raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    carob powder
  • 2/3 c
    raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Valda's Raw Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Grind sesame seeds, oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pecans in your food processor.
  2. Once ground, now add your carob powder, honey and vanilla to the processor.
  3. Mix well and pat in an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with baking spray or olive oil.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, and then cut into squares.
