rocky road rockets
I'm sure someone has invented these, but just in case, I just did. LOL. I was making cake balls and didn't have any Ritz for the leftover chocolates, so I threw this together. They're really quite good. They are very messy to make, and, in the picture, some have peanut butter and cream, and some are separate. The one in my photo with white and dark chocolate is really good.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
These sweet and salty treats remind us of Nutty Buddy bars. We've tried these with both plain creamy peanut butter and honey peanut butter. Both are delish! Salty peanut butter and sweet marshmallow creme are sandwiched between light, buttery, and crunchy crackers. When dipped in chocolate, they're an easy dessert. These would be great at a holiday gathering or as a fun after-school treat.
