- 1/2 cup light corn syrup (karo is the best brand)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk -not evaporated
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make microwave caramels

Step 1Line a 8x8-inch dish with foil and butter or spray it real well.

Step 2Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Mix just to combine. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stirring after every minute. Pour into the prepared dish. Smooth and Cool at room temperature.Then cut to size you like. Wrap in waxed paper. You can use a larger dish if you wish the caramels to to be not too thick.
