Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups cut strawberries
- 12 rock candy sticks
- 3 more cups sugar and water
How To Make homemade rock candy

Step 1Wash your hands! Dip the rock candy sticks in the 2 cups of water and then in the 2 cups of sugar. Repeat until all of them are done.

Step 2Mash you sliced strawberries in a glass bowl. Push them through a sifter over a pot. Add in your other sugar and water. Cook on low heat until the mixture turns hot pink. Once it's hot pink let it cool for 2 minutes.Then divide the mixture into 12 cups/jars and place the sticks in. Pro Tip: Use clothing pins to hold the sticks in the air so that the stick isn't touching the bottom or the sides of the jar/cup. Wait 1 night and they are done. Enjoy!
