Ingredients
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 teaspoons corn syrup, light
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups coconut
How To Make haystacks

Step 1Mix the first four ingredients together. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar disolves.

Step 2Bring to a boil over medium heat to soft ball stage stirring constantly.

Step 3Once at soft ball stage, remove from heat and add 3 cups of coconut and mix well. Drop by teaspoon full onto wax paper on a cookie sheet. Store in the fridge.
