easy dark chocolate nut fudge
This is a super-quick and easy recipe for some of the most delicious fudge you'll ever eat. It makes a great Christmas gift, too!

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1 bag special dark semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz. or 2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecan or walnut pieces
How To Make easy dark chocolate nut fudge

Step 1Spray an 8"x8" square pan with cooking oil spray (preferably butter-flavored), removing excess with paper towel; line with a parchment paper "sling" (for easy removal of set fudge;) spray sling with oil and wipe; set aside.

Step 2In a microwave safe 2 quart bowl, heat chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in microwave, on high, for 1 minute. Remove from microwave; stir to combine (if needed, heat up to an additional 30 seconds.) Stir until chips are completely melted and chocolate is smooth.

Step 3Stir in vanilla extract and nuts. Pour fudge into prepared pan. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting.

Step 4When ready to slice, use a knife to loosen any fudge that is touching bare pan. Use sling to lift fudge from pan; place on flat surface; cut into one inch squares.

Step 5Store in an airtight container. No refrigeration required.
