Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 lb
    powder sugar
  • 1 tsp
    flavoring of your choice
  • ·
    food coloring of your choice
  • ·
    sugar to roll mints in

How to Make Cream Cheese Mints

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat cream cheese till soft
  2. add coloring and flavoring of your choice
  3. slowly add powder sugar
  4. knead till smooth
  5. roll into marble sized balls
  6. roll into sugar
  7. press into molds(if u dont have molds u can just press the balls down with a fork)
  8. unmold on to wax paper
