I, too, have fond childhood memories of these sweet little bites! They're great for gift-giving and will brighten up any holiday table. I've also used them to decorate cakes and cookies as well!

Ingredients

8 oz
cream cheese
2 lb
powder sugar
1 tsp
flavoring of your choice
food coloring of your choice
sugar to roll mints in

How to Make Cream Cheese Mints

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat cream cheese till soft
  • 2add coloring and flavoring of your choice
  • 3slowly add powder sugar
  • 4knead till smooth
  • 5roll into marble sized balls
  • 6roll into sugar
  • 7press into molds(if u dont have molds u can just press the balls down with a fork)
  • 8unmold on to wax paper
