cream cheese mints
I hope you enjoy one of my favorite things to make with my grandma. They remind me of my childhood. Have not seen another recipe on here for them. They can be frozen. So yummy!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Cream cheese mints were very popular back in the day, and for good reason; they're easy to make and delicious. They're great for birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, and they make a nice holiday gift. Made with a few ingredients, they can be customized with flavorings and food coloring. We used peppermint for some and cake batter flavor for others. They're soft, creamy, and very rich. They almost taste like cream cheese icing. If you grew up in the 1950s, 1960s, or 1970s, these will bring back fond childhood memories.
