Cream Cheese Mints
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 lb
- powdered sugar
- 1 tsp
- mint flavoring (i use mccormick's "mint") it's perfect for this.
- food coloring
- granulated sugar for rollling
Roll into tiny balls, roll in granulated sugar and press into rubber or plastic candy molds.
Immediately remove from mold and place on wax paper and allow to dry.
