Stove Top


  • 1 stick
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 32 oz
    powdered sugar
  • pinch
  • 1 pkg
    coconut (14 oz)
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate bark (24 oz)

How to Make Coconut Balls


  1. Melt butter slowly; add condensed milk.
  2. Stir in powdered sugar and salt.
  3. Add coconut.
  4. Chill until easily handled.
  5. Roll into balls. Insert toothpicks and place in refrigerator or freezer until firm. Remove a few at a time to prevent getting soft.
  6. Melt bark in a double boiler.
  7. Dip each ball in chocolate.
  8. Place on waxed paper and remove toothpicks. Let set until firm.
  9. ENJOY!
