How to Make Chocolate Pudding Fudge
- Line an 8-inch square pan with foil to extend over the sides. Microwave 4 squares or 4 ounces chips, 6 Tablespoons butter and the water in a micro waveable bowl for 2 minutes or until melted, stir until smooth. Add dry pudding mix; mix 2 minutes. (stirring after 30 second intervals until melted.. ect....)
- Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, stirring well after each addition, stir well until blended.
Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Microwave remaining squares or chips and cutter in micro waveable bowl for 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Stir well until chocolate is melted. Spread over pudding mixture.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
