Chocolate Pudding Fudge

This fudge is rich and creamy ; and other flavor chips and puding can be used. Coconut pudding and vanilla or chocolate chips can be used.

  • 8 oz
    semi sweet chocolate squares or chips, divided
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/3 c
  • 3 oz
    pkg. jell-o instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c
    powdered sugar

How to Make Chocolate Pudding Fudge


  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil to extend over the sides. Microwave 4 squares or 4 ounces chips, 6 Tablespoons butter and the water in a micro waveable bowl for 2 minutes or until melted, stir until smooth. Add dry pudding mix; mix 2 minutes. (stirring after 30 second intervals until melted.. ect....)
  2. Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, stirring well after each addition, stir well until blended.
    Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  3. Microwave remaining squares or chips and cutter in micro waveable bowl for 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Stir well until chocolate is melted. Spread over pudding mixture.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
