1 call purpose flour
1 cwhole-wheat flour
3/4 cdark seedless raisins.
1 1/4 tspbaking soda
1 1/4 cplain yogurt (or buttermilk )
3/4 clight molasses

How to Make YUMMY NEW England brown bread?????
- PREHEAT OVEN To 350*
Grease 9"by 5" metal loaf pan.
IN Large bowl, combine flours, raisins, sugar ,baking soda,and salt.
STIR in yogurt or buttermilk, molasses, and eggs until batter ,is just mixed.(batter will be very wet ver )wet
- POUR Batter into loaf pan.
BAKE Bread for 55 minutes to 60 minutes,until toothpick comes out clean
- WITH Spatula,loosen bread from sides of pan.
REMOVE bread from; cool slightly on wire rack to be serve warm. OR COOL IT COMPLETELY TO SERVE LATER.
- REFRIGERATE Brown bread,so that it will not spoiled.
