I love the taste of corn, and to make it sweet is even better.. I always went to this one restaurant back in Ventura ,Ca and they made the most yummiest corn cake ever. Well, I moved from that area, but still wanted that cake... So I decide to try to make it at home.. Not quite the same but now I think mine is better...lol

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, soften
- 9 - ears corn on the cob, kernels removed ( about 7 cups)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sharp cheese
- 1/3 cup jalapeno monterey jack cheese
How To Make sweet corn cake

Step 1Heat oven to 325 F.

Step 2Blend first 4 ingredients in a blender: in batches if necessary,until smooth: pour into bowl. Add flour and baking powder: stir with whisk until well blended.

Step 3Pour into 13x9-inch pan spray.

Step 4Bake 1 hour 5 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted i center comes out clean.. Cool Completely.
