Sweet Corn Cake
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
4 ozcream cheese, soften
9ears corn on the cob, kernels removed ( about 7 cups)
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 csharp cheese
1/3 cjalapeno monterey jack cheese
How to Make Sweet Corn Cake
- Heat oven to 325 F.
- Blend first 4 ingredients in a blender: in batches if necessary,until smooth: pour into bowl. Add flour and baking powder: stir with whisk until well blended.
- Pour into 13x9-inch pan spray.
- Bake 1 hour 5 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted i center comes out clean.. Cool Completely.
