I have no idea how this recipe got it's name- but was collected from Sister Bede, about 1959. Very low calorie and very tasty.

  • 3 pkg
    knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 4 c
    dairy buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 5 tsp
    sweetner
  • 20 oz
    crushed pineapple in its own juice,drained well

How to Make St. Peter's Cheese Cake in a Bowl

Step-by-Step

  1. Soften gelatine in cold water in a small saucepan. Stir and dissolve over low heat. Place in blender with buttermilk, vanilla, sweetener,and pineapple. Pulse to blend. Pour into a buttered glass bowl. Refrigerate until set.
