I have no idea how this recipe got it's name- but was collected from Sister Bede, about 1959. Very low calorie and very tasty.

1/2 c
cold water
4 c
dairy buttermilk
2 Tbsp
5 tsp
20 oz
crushed pineapple in its own juice,drained well

How to Make St. Peter's Cheese Cake in a Bowl


  • 1Soften gelatine in cold water in a small saucepan. Stir and dissolve over low heat. Place in blender with buttermilk, vanilla, sweetener,and pineapple. Pulse to blend. Pour into a buttered glass bowl. Refrigerate until set.
