st. peter's cheese cake in a bowl
I have no idea how this recipe got it's name- but was collected from Sister Bede, about 1959. Very low calorie and very tasty.

Ingredients
- 3 packages knox unflavored gelatine
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 4 cups dairy buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 5 teaspoons sweetner
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in its own juice,drained well
How To Make st. peter's cheese cake in a bowl

Step 1Soften gelatine in cold water in a small saucepan. Stir and dissolve over low heat. Place in blender with buttermilk, vanilla, sweetener,and pineapple. Pulse to blend. Pour into a buttered glass bowl. Refrigerate until set.
