I have no idea how this recipe got it's name- but was collected from Sister Bede, about 1959. Very low calorie and very tasty.

1/2 ccold water

4 cdairy buttermilk

2 Tbspvanilla

5 tspsweetner

20 ozcrushed pineapple in its own juice,drained well
How To Make st. peter's cheese cake in a bowl

1Soften gelatine in cold water in a small saucepan. Stir and dissolve over low heat. Place in blender with buttermilk, vanilla, sweetener,and pineapple. Pulse to blend. Pour into a buttered glass bowl. Refrigerate until set.
