Ingredients
- 1 box duncan hines butter cake mix
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can mandarin oranges and juice
- ICING
- 1 box 9 oz. cool whip
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix, 3 oz.
How To Make southern pea pickin' cake

Step 1For Cake: Mix ingredients together and bake in 4 layers at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done.

Step 2For Icing: Mix pineapples, pudding mix and add cool whip and stir. Spread between layers and on top. Keep refrigerated. Delicious!
