I got this recipe from a co-worker that brought them in for a potluck. I fell in love at first bite and now my family loves them too. Tastes just like a cheesecake but much easier to make.

Ingredients
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 3 packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place one package of crescent rolls flat on bottom of sprayed 9x13 pan.

Step 2Mix cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread evenly onto crescent layer.

Step 3Top with 2nd package of crescent rolls. (flatten and press together at seams to avoid gapping in crust, before adding to the top). Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
