How to Make Separated Chocolate Ganache

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat the cream to almost boiling, remove from the stove.
  2. Add the chocolate pieces and stir until well combined i.e separated. The cheap cream hopefully has been watered down as mine was.
  3. Allow the lumpy chocolate ganache to cool and make ever so yummy chocolate brownies. Easy! For more instructions go to chocolate-recipes-galore.com/chocola...
