I recently had 3 chocolate ganache attempts separate. What did I do? Step 1 - Panic!!! Step 2 - Google research Step 3 - Breath again.

Ingredients

  • 1 package quality chocolate
  • 125 milliliters cheap thickened cream

How To Make separated chocolate ganache

  • Step 1
    Heat the cream to almost boiling, remove from the stove.
  • Step 2
    Add the chocolate pieces and stir until well combined i.e separated. The cheap cream hopefully has been watered down as mine was.
  • Step 3
