- 1 package quality chocolate
- 125 milliliters cheap thickened cream
How To Make separated chocolate ganache

Step 1Heat the cream to almost boiling, remove from the stove.

Step 2Add the chocolate pieces and stir until well combined i.e separated. The cheap cream hopefully has been watered down as mine was.
