Scott's Just Peachy Dessert

Leigh Culver

I got this recipe years ago from my good friend and co-worker while I was living in WA state.

However I never wrote down the actual title of the recipe. Finding it years later in my recipe box, I decided to make it to find out what it was and gave it a name.

How to Make Scott's Just Peachy Dessert

  1. Set oven to 350*. Grease a 9-10 inch pie plate and set aside. I used a deep dish just so nothing ran off the sides.
  2. Combine the first 7 ingredients with a hand mixer. Pour into your greased pie plate. Bake for 30-35 min. The cake will be golden in color, a little brown around the edges.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese, sugar and 3T of the peach syrup and mix together. You can now drain the peaches. Discard the remaining syrup.
  4. After the cake has cooled (will be a bit dense), spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Then top with the peaches from the can. Sprinkle cinnamon if you wish. Enjoy!
