saucy apple swirl bundt cake
I know this came out of a magazine many years ago, it is all yellowed and taped to a 3x5 file card. I cannot tell which mag is was now it was so long ago. I have been making this many many years. To me it is a perfect little coffee cake, and makes up so quick and easy. It needs no frosting, and is a nice moist little cake.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 17 ounces yellow cake mix, i like pillsbury
- 1 2/3 cups applesauce
- 3 large eggs
How To Make saucy apple swirl bundt cake

Step 1Spray the insides of a bundt cake pan with non stick spray liberally.

Step 2Blend cinnamon and sugar, and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of this on the inside of the pan, reserve rest for the cake.

Step 3Blend cake mix, applesauce, and eggs until well blended. Beat according to package directions.

Step 4Set aside 1 1/2 cups batter.

Step 5Pour remaining batter into prepared pan.

Step 6Sprinkle the reserved sugar cinnamon mixture over batter.

Step 7Top with reserved batter.

Step 8Bake in a pre heated 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until done.

Step 9Cool in the cake pan, top side up for 15 minutes, the invert on a serving platter.
