Saucy Apple Swirl Bundt Cake
To me it is a perfect little coffee cake, and makes up so quick and easy.
It needs no frosting, and is a nice moist little cake.
How to Make Saucy Apple Swirl Bundt Cake
- Set aside 1 1/2 cups batter.
- Pour remaining batter into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the reserved sugar cinnamon mixture over batter.
- Top with reserved batter.
- Bake in a pre heated 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until done.
- Cool in the cake pan, top side up for 15 minutes, the invert on a serving platter.
