quick glaze for apple slices, cake or donuts
I made this glaze top my Glazed Country Apple Pie Squares. I made the slices because my husband requested them, although I DETEST MAKING HOMEMADE PIE CRUST. But it turned out amazingly well, and was nice and flakey. My neighbors really loved it, and my husband said they were not apple slices unless they had a glaze on them. So this is the glaze recipe I decided to use. It is quick simple and very easy, can be used on a cake, donut or cup cakes what ever you choose. It really is good.
