- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 box german chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted, chopped pistachios
How To Make pistachio-pumpkin chocolate loaf

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray { 2 } 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" loaf pans w/ cooking spray. Place cranberries and enough water to cover in a microwave safe bowl. Let sit for 5 mins, drain.

Step 2Microwave cranberries 2 mins, or until softened. In bowl, mix cake mix as directed on box. Add pumpkin puree and orange extract. Stir in cranberries and pistachios.

Step 3Divide batter evenly between loaf pans. Bake 50 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool.
