1 cdried cranberries

1 boxgerman chocolate cake mix

1/2 cpumpkin puree

1 tsporange extract
-
1/2 cunsalted, chopped pistachios
How to Make Pistachio-pumpkin chocolate loaf
- Heat oven to 350. Spray { 2 } 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" loaf pans w/ cooking spray. Place cranberries and enough water to cover in a microwave safe bowl. Let sit for 5 mins, drain.
- Microwave cranberries 2 mins, or until softened. In bowl, mix cake mix as directed on box. Add pumpkin puree and orange extract. Stir in cranberries and pistachios.
- Divide batter evenly between loaf pans. Bake 50 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool.
