old fashion blueberry coffee cake

I didn't have a muffin pan so searched for an alternate way of enjoying fresh blueberries all week. found this on Yummly, but I changed it by adding the sour cream & sliced butter sugar topping. Truly a Coffee Cake everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup half n half
- Dashes - cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- TOPPING CONSISTS OF 1-1/2 C. FRESH BLUEBERRIES, 4 TBLS. BROWN SUGAR, DASHES OF CINNAMON, SLICED BUTTER.
- 1 medium egg
How To Make old fashion blueberry coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Oil Cake pan sparingly. Set aside.

Step 2Mix dry ingredients well. Set aside.

Step 3Cream softened butter, Vanilla, & sugar.

Step 4Mix completely the dry ingredients w/ butter mixture, adding sour cream, egg & half n half.

Step 5Place batter in baking pan. Press handful of blueberries into batter, top w/ brown sugar & sliced cool butter.

Step 6Bake 30 minutes then cool. Enjoy as a dessert with whipped cream or as is for a breakfast coffee cake.
