2 1/2 cfresh cooking oil
4 pkgrefrigerated biscuits or refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 cbrown sugar
2 stickbutter, melted
4 tsppowdered sugar
1 Tbspcinnamon, ground
1/2 cgranulated sugar

Our oil was at 350 degrees for frying.
1Heat cooking oil, medium heat. Open biscuits and place on a flat surface while oil reaches the perfect temperature.
2Test your oil temp by applying a few drops of water and if it's hot enough to fry your biscuits the water will pop.
3Prepare your brown sugar glaze in a wide deep bowl. Brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and regular sugar. Mix all ingredients together.
4Then add your warm margarine to the mixture.
5Place the bowl in the microwave and allow the mixture to become a glaze.
6Place your biscuits in the hot cooking oil, cook biscuits on both sides. First side about 30 seconds.
7Then flip to the other side. Once golden brown, full and fluffy they are ready.
8Place hot biscuits straight from the hot oil into the glaze. Mix well allow every biscuit to become glazed.
9Arrange momma sweet biscuits on a platter and set up for your presentation.
10Sprinkle powder sugar on your biscuits and serve your guests. NOW GO COOK!!
