moist chocolate cake
This is a very moist chocolate cake I made for my daughter's birthday.Everybody loved it.It was gone right away I barely had time to take a picture. The wine in this recipe is the secret ingredient. It gives a unique flavor and no one could guess what it was.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups unbleached white flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup red sweet wine ( like lambrusco)
- 2 large eggs
How To Make moist chocolate cake

Step 1Mix together flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and wine until combined.(do not over mix).

Step 3Add dry ingredients to wine mixture. Pour dough to 10 inch spring form pan. Bake 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the cake.

Step 4Make frosting. I used a frosting from a recipe I have previously posted called, "Best chocolate cake ever".
