This is the easiest frosting I have ever made and it is to die for! It goes perfect with a deep dark chocolate cake or any cake that goes well with a light frosting. And the best part is it's a snap to make.

  • 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 16 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Butter beaten until light and fluffy.
    Step 1
    Beat butter on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  • Marshmallow cream beaten into the butter.
    Step 2
    Add marshmallow cream and beat until smooth.
  • Powdered sugar added to the butter.
    Step 3
    Add sugar and vanilla. Continue to beat until smooth and fluffy.
