- 11/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, unsalted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanila
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
How To Make mai's lemon cupcake

Step 1PREHEAT YOUR OVEN.. Combine backing powder, flour and salt (set aside)

Step 2cream the butter and add 1 cup of sugar on a low speed add eggs at a time add vanilla and lemon juice and slowly add the dry ingredients until smooth.

Step 3REMEMBER: low speed mixing using a mixer make cake/cupcakes less bubble and it makes your cake/cupcakes smooth and more moist... TIP: you can zest a little of the lemon peel to and it gives the lemony smell on your cake/cupcakes and it is also better to use a fresh lemon better than a ready to use! WHY?: it will give you more of a fresh tart flavor. BAKING: every oven have different characteristic.. powerful oven cupcakes will cook time:10-15min on 375deg. low grade ovens 400-450deg. cook time:15-20 min..... IT COULD BE LESS LIKE MINE..HIGH GRADE OVEN TOOK ME EXACTLY 14MIN 50SEC
