1PREHEAT YOUR OVEN..
Combine backing powder, flour and salt (set aside)
2cream the butter and add 1 cup of sugar on a low speed add eggs at a time add vanilla and lemon juice and slowly add the dry ingredients until smooth.
3REMEMBER: low speed mixing using a mixer make cake/cupcakes less bubble and it makes your cake/cupcakes smooth and more moist...
TIP: you can zest a little of the lemon peel to and it gives the lemony smell on your cake/cupcakes and it is also better to use a fresh lemon better than a ready to use! WHY?: it will give you more of a fresh tart flavor.
BAKING: every oven have different characteristic.. powerful oven cupcakes will cook time:10-15min on 375deg. low grade ovens 400-450deg. cook time:15-20 min..... IT COULD BE LESS LIKE MINE..HIGH GRADE OVEN TOOK ME EXACTLY 14MIN 50SEC
