I like to say this recipe is a close cousin to my recipe for "Mayonnaise Cake". This recipe uses no eggs, butter and milk.

Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make magic cake

Step 1In large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together.

Step 2Combine all wet ingredients together in bowl.

Step 3Pour the liquid ingredients all at once onto dry ingredients. Beat until smooth.

Step 4Pour batter into a greased 9x13 in. pan.

Step 5Bake in a preheated, 350 oven. Bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool in pan. Once cooled, sprinkle with confectionary sugar.
