lisa's pineapple lemon cake/ cream cheese frosting
This recipe was discovered by my Granddaughter when we discovered that we were low on some Items.We found a lemon cake mix and a can of crushed pineapple.So hence became Pineapple Lemon Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. We hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice and water
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, saved for cake, 15oz.
- 2 packages 8oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
How To Make lisa's pineapple lemon cake/ cream cheese frosting

Step 1Cream together the lemon cake mix, the 3 eggs, the pineapple and water to equal 1 1/4 cups of liquid, and the oil Mix well till combined well then add the pineapple. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Step 2Cream cheese frosting...... Combine the cream cheese and the butter until well combined then add powdered sugar and combine well. Wait till cake is completely cool and then frost. This makes a good cake.Bake at 350degrees for 25-30 minutes.
