Glaze for cakes and other desserts that would benefit from tart lemony sweetness.

Ingredients For lemon glaze

  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make lemon glaze

  • 1
    Stir all ingredients together until blended with no lumps.
  • 2
    Glaze for single layer cake. Use to drizzle over cakes or other desserts.
  • 3
    Can substitute Orange zest and juice for the lemon.
