20 ozcan apple pie filling

2 call purpose flour
-
1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/4 cpacked brown sugar

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt
-
2 largeeggs,beaten

1 tspvanilla
-
2/3 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts nuts

1/2 tspeach of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves

TOPPINGS:
-
1 cgranulated sugar
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts nuts
How to Make Apple Walnut Cake
- Cake:
Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan, spread pie filling in bottom. Combine flour, sugar, soda, and salt, and spices. Sprinkle over pie filling. Beat eggs and vanilla, add oil and nuts and mix well. Pour over ingredients in pan , stir and spread evenly. Bake at 350^ for 40-50 minutes. - Topping:
Combine all ingredients except nuts and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Pick top of cake with a fork. Pour icing over top of cake and sprinkle with the nuts.
